Moreover, the chatbot is multilingual and can provide answers in over 30 different languages.

GPS-activated narration

The audio narration, available throughout the route, can be activated manually or automatically thanks to GPS technology. Each passenger can choose the language in which they wish to hear the commentary.

The GPS typically has an accuracy of 5 metres in an open-air environment. However, actual accuracy may vary depending on a number of factors such as atmospheric conditions, obstructions and the quality of the GPS receiver.

Each code represents an access point to a content-rich web application (PWA), easily accessible from a smartphone. This innovative, affordable and profitable solution is perfect for museums, cultural institutions and tourist sites, whether permanent or temporary.

The code can be printed on a unique card, accompanied by a QR code that the customer can scan to access the audio guide.
